Modern Residency do not have any kind
of accommodation in Lachen area and as such we are
tied up the local property in Lachen namely Sinolchu/Tsholhamu
and there are various other accommodations with 2 or
3 to 4 rooms in each property. |

Which further means that almost all
the local residence are converted as guest house,
lodge and basic hotels and are with basic
infrastructure and unplanned. This accommodation is
very poor in the area and we have made our hotel
selection on the basis of SERVICES provided. |

Due to lack of proper infrastructure
and communication facilities this accommodation are
normally not booked in advance and it is booked on
verbal basis only and it is quite obvious that the
guest on his arrival may feel that the kind, way of
bookings will seem to him that it is on spot. Kindly
be aware of the same. As this is a normal procedure
there in this area. |

As the area is blessed with Natural
Beauty and it is an up coming tourist destinations
it is quite obvious that the constructions of the
hotels are unplanned. The accommodation provided at
Lachen will be very basic and has very basis
facilities compare to Lachung. This accommodation
does not have a sign board and the name of the
accommodation changes very frequently so we will not
be in a position to state a fixed name and as such
the voucher will have name like log huts etc as such
this name of no relation with the existing property
in Lachen. |

The Bathrooms are not having any
Showers & Geysers, so warm water will be provided in
buckets, by the hotelier. |

The rooms could be common bath also
at times. |

The food prepared will be fresh, by
the local trained Sherpass & not by hotel chef. |

In This Area Hotels Do Not Have A
Lift Facility & The Guest Will Have To Climb Stairs.
In Case Of Guest Having Problem With Blood Pressure,
Knee & Heart Or If They Cannot Climb The Higher
Floors, Will Have To Intimate To Us During The Time
Of Booking So That We Can Block, Rooms At The Lowest
Floor Of The Hotel Enabling The Guest To Climbing
The Minimum Number Of Stairs Possible.

That We Plan Their Visit To The High Altitude Area
