That Our Executive Will Keep In Touch One Day Prior To
Departure At The Place Where You Are Staying At Gangtok If
Required Or As Advice.

The Vehicle
Used Will Be Exclusive For That Group But Will Not Be At
Disposal Basis It Will Be As Per The Contract And As Per The
Itinerary Specified.

The Area Is
An Upcoming Tourist Destination But Rich In Nature And The
Facilities Available Cannot Be Matched To Those Available In
The Plains / Metros And Other Developed Destination. Please
Be Informed About This

|
Also It Is To Be Noted That There Is A
Vehicle-Parking Problem In The Whole Area At
Gangtok. Most Of The Areas Are Restricted To
Entry Of Vehicle & Specific Time Is Allotted For
Entries. You Are Requested To Follow The Time
Strictly As Given To Them. In Case Of Delays The
Vehicle Will Have To Leave The Hotel Area
Without The Guest & Parked In A Parking Area.

In This Area Hotels Do Not Have A Lift Facility
& The Guest Will Have To Climb Stairs. In Case
Of Guest Having Problem With Blood Pressure,
Knee & Heart Or If They Cannot Climb The Higher
Floors, Will Have To Intimate To Us During The
Time Of Booking So That We Can Block, Rooms At
The Lowest Floor Of The Hotel Enabling The Guest
To Climbing The Minimum Number Of Stairs
Possible.
This Information Is Also Important So That We
Plan Their Visit To The High Altitude Area
Accordingly.

Power / Electricity Failure
Is A Common Happening In North Sikkim. |

Television, Direct Dialing, Intercom, Internet,
Wi-Fi, Connection Is Not Available. |

|

Telephone Lines And Mobile Connectivity Is Very
Bad. So Kindly Inform Your Friends & Families
Accordingly. |

The Bathrooms Are Having Showers & Geysers, But
Due To Electricity Problem So Warm Water At Most
Times Will Be Provided In Buckets, By The
Hotelier. |

|
The Food Prepared Will Be Fresh And Pure
Vegetarian, By The Local Trained Sherpa’s & Not
By Hotel Chef. |

|
|
The Rooms Are Not Having Any Heaters Due To
Electricity Problem, So Hot Water Pad Are
Provided If Required In The Bed. |

|
|
In A Hilly Area Scarcity Of Water Is A Big
Problem. Everybody Buys Water For Their
Day-To-Day Living. Guests Are Requested To Cope
Up With Any Such Problem Faced During The Tour. |

This Is A Hilly Area & Change Is
Weather Is A Regular Happening. It Is Advisable
That Light Layer Clothing Should Be Carried
Always. In Winters It Is Advisable To Carry
Heavy Woolen. |

Landslide Is A Common Happening
In Hilly Area. Expenses Incurred For Diversion,
Due To This Or Any Other Reasons Will Be
Collected Directly As Per Actual. |

Note : That North Sikkim is blessed with
Natural Beauty. Accommodation at Modern
Residency, which is the only star rated best
accommodation in the entire North Sikkim region,
but has very basis facilities like |

problem. Everybody buys water for their
day-to-day living. Guests are requested to cope
up with any such problem faced during the tour.
To overcome this problem at time we have fixed
time of supplying hot & cold water. |

En route diversion via Dikchu
which will be of 02
- 03 hrs extra
while driving in or out from North Sikkim
Highway and if required due
to unforeseen calamities,one has to pay
directly to the driver at the spot an amount of INR
1200 – INR
1700 per vehicle which varies from
case to case. |

Phodung & Labrang visit experience en
route is kept OPTIONAL which will be of 01 hrs
while driving in or out from North Sikkim
Highway and if interested one has to pay
directly to the driver at the spot an amount of INR 500 – INR 800 per vehicle which varies from
case to case. |

Yumseysumdong, Katau & Gurudongmar Lake
excursion is kept OPTIONAL & is subjected
to availability of permit which is available on
prior information and at times on the spot.
These are three different points & is NOT
ADVISABLE to guest having problem with
blood pressure, knee & heart. |

Yumeysamdung & Katau is two different
spot located al Lachung area. Visits to this
places one has to pay directly to the driver at
the spot an amount of INR 2200 - INR
2500 per
spot per Vehicle which varies from case to case. |

Gurudongmar is located
at Lachen area. Visit to this one has to pay
directly to the driver at the spot an amount of
RS.3000 – Rs 3500 per Jeep which varies from
case to case. |
